Birthed in sun-bleached Meanjin, Platonic Sex are a queer alt-rock band who don't sleep together, promise. Their songs are exercises in catch and release, vulnerable lyrics and guitar-driven melodies which swell and crash with emotion. Live, they’ve played alongside the likes of Spiderbait, Body Type, Full Flower Moon Band and Flowertruck. They're currently working on sharpening up their doubles tennis skills while anticipation builds for the release of their debut EP.
